Facial Capture Booths

This project entailed the reverse engineering of an existing product to improve the aesthetics, functionality and ease of manufacturing. The Facial Capture Booth is used by Home Affairs all over the country and upon completion of this improved design we produced a prototype, sorted out some minor snags and went into full scale production. This Booth is made from thin gage sheet metal and consists of multiple fabricated parts and buy-out components all coming together in final assembly.
